Paolo Casamassima – President
Paolo is an MSt student in Entrepreneurship at Judge Business School. A social entrepreneur, he founded Bighous, a social impact business focused on redeveloping distressed assets and leasing them to charities helping vulnerable tenants across the UK. Paolo is also an Investor Relations professional advising various publicly listed companies worldwide on their investor communication. He is also the author of I'll Get That Job!, a book on modern job-hunting and interviews techniques. Paolo also holds an MBA from Valencia University.
Yuliyana Solakovak - Communications
Yuliyana is a passionate Judge Business School Entrepreneurship graduate assisting versatile start-ups and providing support to entrepreneurs through HHES initiatives.
Andreas Hinz - Competition
Andreas is a Hughes alumnus. He holds a PhD in Sustainability Innovation and has done postgraduate studies in entrepreneurship. He has work experience in investment management, research and philanthropy. He is co-founder of a non-profit association and works at FHNW with a focus on the SwissInnovation Challenge Asia and entrepreneurship research.
Rupert Pearce-Gould - Chairman
Rupert is a Senior Member of Hughes, Entrepreneur in Residence at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at the Cambridge Judge Business School, and founder of Cambridge Corporate Consultants. An entrepreneur with experience in a wide range of companies and organisations, including venture capital, publicly listed companies and family businesses, he was one of the founding members of HHES and generously supported the first Hughes Hall Entrepreneurship Prize.
Lorraine Warne - Ambassador
Lorraine is a Hughes alumna. While completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship four year’s ago, she became involved in the events management at the Enterprise Society. A serial Entrepreneur herself having set up four successful business, now leads an online education company working with corporates such as Microsoft Education & Research. She enjoys making a difference to others by helping students to bridge the gap from academia to business and is still part of the executive committee at the Enterprise Society and happy to mentor new Entrepreneurs.
